Diaphragm Pump
The DP-series, diaphragm hydrostatic test pumps offer pressure ranges up to 600 PSI, and flow rates up to 56 GPM.
Designed as medium pressure, large volume units capable of testing up to 96″ and above diameter lines. Unique to the diaphragm hydrostatic test pumps are their ability to handle up to a 10% chlorine or similar solution and can be run dry without damage.
Piston/Rollers
The Piston and Roller pump series are medium PSI hydrostatic test pumps; primarily used in testing water, landscaping, irrigation and plumbing lines.
These units are dependable and simple to run, designed for testing lines up to 16 inch in diameter; with volumes up to 10 GPM and pressures up to 450 PSI.
High Pressure Pneumatic pump
PROSERV has high pressure hydrostatic test pumps. Offering pressure ranges up to 30,000 PSI, and flow rates up to 7 GPM.
These units have the ability to start/stop while under pressure.
Our smaller lightweight compact units are designed for testing in confined spaces or remote locations, such as on-board ships and oil rigs.
